A beautiful stay and wonderful service in a serine part of Victoria. The room was lovely, breqkfast had every option and the location was perfect for a walk to the beach or the shops.

Disappointing hotel. Really bad service - we heard no more than yes. I’m surprised this is rated as a 5 star hotel. Expectations were not met.

酒店位置很好，整個建筑很美麗，但是房間真的非常非常小，20平都不到驚呆了。早飯時間很長，一直到中午12點，可以先退房再吃早餐，不過品種不是很豐富，補貨也不太及時。一次不錯的體驗，但是由於酒店太小很難給人度假感。

安排了一個短小的度假，選擇了洲際索倫托莫寧頓半島酒店（InterContinental Hotels Sorrento Mornington Peninsula）。一直很信任IHG的品牌，這次也沒有讓我們失望。房間整潔舒適，員工服務親切專業。酒店地理位置非常好，就在海邊，走幾步就是小鎮中心，周圍有不少可逛的商店和餐館，非常方便。整體體驗很滿意，適合放松

定了帶陽臺的豪華間 但是給的是面對停車場的 還不如1800的房間 感覺攜程每次定的都是邊角房

I ended up staying for an unplanned night, and despite my error in booking dates, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful in resolving the issue. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise.
Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was still delicious and satisfying.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
One thing to note: all liquor shops close before 9 PM, and the hotel doesn't offer alcohol service after that time, so it's best to purchase you might want in advance.

Lovely hotel though very confusing to find the rooms as there are 3 different buildings and signage not too clear. Breakfast options very limited but what we had was nice . I think more than one little coffee should be permitted without an additional charge. Room was lovely but many rooms don’t have a view on to anything which is a shame . We chose to have a balcony as we wished some outdoor space but don’t expect to look at anything as there are high screens disguising lack of view. Sorrento is a lovely little village with nice shops but 2-3 days is probably long enough . The hotel restaurant was also lovely with nice food and drinks. Pool is the best part , nice area to while away an afternoon .
Nicest part of the Mornington Peninsula in my opinion .

酒店在mornington半島頂端有小意大利之稱的小鎮sorrento。沿途的海灘都很漂亮。去的第一晚前臺的local非常熱情，免費升級了一個套房，窗外就能看見海。窗外景色讓人驚艷。房間準備了可以調雞尾酒的gin，湯力水和工具，有浴缸，膠囊咖啡機。果斷選擇續住，結果第二天reception換了人，要我們換一個小房間。換的第一個房間廁所門卡住，換的第二間電話壞了，馬桶上還有尿漬。一頓complain以後，還好遇到一個中國的duty manager。給我們升級了一個另外的房間并送了紅酒以表歉意。
